Transforming the hospital with the support of the Genesis Inspiration Foundation!

Arts For Life is grateful to the Genesis Inspiration Foundation for their ongoing support of our mission and the young artists we serve! With our second award from the Genesis Inspiration Foundation, we are especially honored to continue this partnership that celebrates and recognizes the importance of creativity and the arts for the well-being of children and families. The generous support of the Genesis Inspiration Foundation will help to ensure access to creative arts programming for pediatric patients and their families in Arts For Life’s partner hospitals across North Carolina!

In June of 2024, Foundation staff members and local representatives of Genesis visited our Charlotte Chapter at Levine Children’s Hospital—to see and hear how their grant impacts patients and transforms the healthcare experience for thousands of kids and teens.

Genesis Inspiration Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to connecting youth to the transformative power of the arts. Our mission is to improve educational outcomes by providing access to arts programs that engage and inspire children in under-resourced communities. Since its inception in 2018, the Genesis Inspiration Foundation has donated over $10 million to fund youth arts programming at museums, schools, and nonprofit art and cultural organizations nationwide.
