Arts For Life Artist

What’s something interesting about you?

My favorite color is neon green.
I make up songs at night when I’m sleepy.

What’s something you’ve always dreamed of doing?

Travel. I would go to Paris and sit where I could see the Eiffel Tower when the sun is setting and eat a macaron with my coffee.

What would your superpower be, if you could have one?

Invisibility because no one could see where I’m at.

What is your favorite kind of art to make?

I love all kinds of art but I draw more than anything else.

What do you love about Arts For Life?

The teachers make you feel better and the art helps me cope with being in the hospital. I take all of my negative energy and channel it into my art.

What has been your favorite Arts For Life project so far?

The shiny fish project I did in the waiting room. We used yarn to wrap around a fish, covered it with foil and then decorated with Sharpies.

Why do you think art is important?

Because it gives you the chance to let your ideas out and express things in your own way to help show who you are on the inside.
